A hospital information system is by no means a single specific software product. Rather, a HIS describes the entirety of all means used for data and information management within a hospital.

The Hospital Future Act  (KHZG) is driving forward the digitalization of hospitals.

“3.2.2 Digital treatment management – minimum requirements of the funding guideline (MANDATORY)
Digital treatment management must enable patients to find their way around the hospital on their own device during their stay (at least with regard to local conditions, contact persons)

Whether a classic exhibition or a modern installation – V:SCOUT enables visitors to see the museum world virtually or to visit a specific work of art.

When finding a work of art, the use of pop-up windows with additional information about the artist and work would not only be conceivable, but innovative! Why go through the exhibition with a conventional audio guide when you can easily connect it to a smartphone or tablet or even replace it? These virtual signposts could not only guide visitors through the exhibition, but also provide information: introductory information on the collection itself, specifically on individual works, general information on opening hours, the service facilities, the museum store and café with an immediate three-dimensional representation of where they are located, information on upcoming projects and much more.
Innovative installations could integrate the visitor virtually into the exhibition. There are virtually no limits to creativity and possibilities here…
