V:SCOUT “DoorPoint” – Access control system
“DoorPoint” is the digital and intelligent access control system (electronic door lock system) for your conference and work rooms. In combination with our room booking system (RBS), it regulates access control and authorizes employees and visitors to reserve and gain access to specified rooms – all without old-fashioned keys but with maximum security.
When installing “DoorPoint” “electronic door lock”, a so-called “DoorPoint” is installed in each room that is to be available for the room booking system (no need to replace the locking cylinders). These intelligent input modules are available in different versions: as a simple button input field or as a touch display or via QR code.
The room booking system now automatically generates an individual and unique access code or QR code for the relevant period and user for each reservation and sends it by e-mail. The doors can then only be opened for the booked period using this code.
